Fantastic news for Josie..just shows laughter and meditation works !!!
I went to see the Dalai Lama speaking in London yesterday. He had some interesting comments about healing. It all follows the same ideas as the Penny Brohn centre.
He spoke about compassion and laughter, thinking about the positive things which builds the immune system.
